Hello, my sweet friend! You’ve just made a conscious choice to start reading my very first blog and this truly means a lot to me. Thank you! I hope this space allows you to feel comfortable, safe, empowered, confident, motivated, and inspired to be your authentic self.

I have been fortunate to spend the last six months in the vibrant, bustling, and energetic city of New York. This provided me with the space to reset, rejuvenate, and just appreciate where I am in life. I was selected for an internship opportunity and I jumped at it as I wanted to be in an environment with other artists and feel the inspiration of change once again.

This time brought a great deal of introspection as more and more I began to notice how much everything is in constant motion around us. If we do not acknowledge how temporary life is and be grateful for it we literally can fall into an abyss of darkness.

Sharing experiences allows us to understand that we are never going through something someone hasn’t already been through and understanding that we are never alone in these battles is a true game changer. I want to share my experiences, both good and bad, so we can all learn and have a good laugh or cry.

I am no writer but my love for reading is always a haven. I’ve drowned myself immensely over the years in books as I strongly believe that change begins with us. We can only change and blossom as wholesome beings if our minds change and what better way to stimulate the mind than to read? Reading gave me the freedom to be myself and gain a lot of perspective. I am not saying that because I read a lot I can write. I just think that in the same way I was always inspired by the magical art of honest writing, so can you.

So this is me, kicking imposter syndrome in the royal butt as I share my honest writings and an honest look at the world through my lens.
